Notionhive Bangladesh is actively searching for a dynamic and self-motivated Executive in Sales and partnerships. We need someone qualified and energetic, ready to identify new sales and partnership prospects while fostering strong relationships with existing clients, internal stakeholders, and partners.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
    • Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Engage with current prospects and understand their needs and concerns.
    • Schedule and set up meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
  • Sales Support:
    •  Assist in sales planning, strategy, and research activities.
    • Collaborate with the team for effective outreach.
  • Cold Calls and Emails:
    • Execute impactful cold calling and email campaigns.
    • Craft compelling messages for outreach.
  • Networking:
    • Build and maintain a professional network for lead enhancement.
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Coordinate with teams on existing and new customer issues.
    • Regularly visit clients/markets to strengthen relationships.
  • Feedback and Reporting:
    • Gather customer/prospect feedback and share insights.
    • Prepare market, brand, people and competitor movement reports.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility:
    •  Fulfill additional duties assigned by management.

Skills and experience

  • Graduate from any background (preferably Marketing, Management, or International Business).
  • Minimum 1 year of proven track record in the following area(s): B2B sales in the IT/ITES sector, Corporate Sales & Marketing (experience with digital agencies is a plus). 
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/ Microsoft Office and use/creation of spreadsheets/ reports.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Quick learner with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Aptitude in creating and delivering attractive presentations.

  • Office workdays: Sunday to Thursday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
